## Crystallize

Crystallize is a composable, headless commerce platform that combines commerce, PIM, content management, product media, and subscription capabilities around a flexible product data model, perfect for the AI and Agentic era. It is GraphQL-first and designed for businesses that want to build bespoke storefronts and digital experiences rather than work within a predefined e-commerce template. The trade-off: developers praise the APIs, speed, and combined PIM/COMMERCE/CMS approach, while the recurring downside is that headless freedom still means frontend development and custom integrations.

## Norce

Norce Commerce is a Scandinavian, Azure-hosted commerce platform with built-in PIM and pricing that lets B2B/B2C brands compose their own stack using best-of-breed integrations. Two solutions, STORM / Jetshop, merged into what is Norce today. This isn't really a “launch a webshop this afternoon” product; it's commerce infrastructure for businesses whose rules stopped being simple a long time ago

- Limited customizability / Scalability constraints (from legacy reviews)
- Modern docs + legacy STORM/Jetshop docs makes it hard
- Full implementations can carry relatively high enterprise TCO
- The ecosystem and partner footprint are concentrated heavily in Northern Europe
