## Norce

Norce Commerce is a Scandinavian, Azure-hosted commerce platform with built-in PIM and pricing that lets B2B/B2C brands compose their own stack using best-of-breed integrations. Two solutions, STORM / Jetshop, merged into what is Norce today. This isn't really a “launch a webshop this afternoon” product; it's commerce infrastructure for businesses whose rules stopped being simple a long time ago

**Strengths:**
- Native PIM supports large and sophisticated product catalogs
- Strong B2B functionality includes company context, customer-specific assortments, pricing and purchasing rules
- Composable SaaS architecture integrates cleanly into existing ERP, CMS and service landscapes
- Commerce MCP, Agent Gateway and Agent SDK provide unusually concrete agentic-commerce infrastructure

**Trade-offs:**
- Limited customizability / Scalability constraints (from legacy reviews)
- Modern docs + legacy STORM/Jetshop docs makes it hard
- Full implementations can carry relatively high enterprise TCO
- The ecosystem and partner footprint are concentrated heavily in Northern Europe

## Centra

Centra is a SaaS omnichannel commerce platform built specifically for fashion and lifestyle brands selling globally. It combines DTC, digital wholesale, product information, international market management, and order capabilities in a single backend while exposing commerce and integration data through APIs, including GraphQL. Users consistently praise its flexibility, scalability, support, and ability to handle B2B and B2C together, while recurring complaints are more mundane—some admin areas feel clunky, certain workflows take too many steps, and deeper customization can still require development.

**Strengths:**
- DTC and wholesale share one backend, inventory pool and operational model
- Multi-market capabilities make currencies, price lists, taxes, payments and localization a core platform concern
- GraphQL and open commerce APIs make integration with ERP, CMS, 3PL, payment and marketing systems straightforward
