Global Partner Sales - Remote
As the Global Partner Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with Crystallize’s global partner network. You’ll work closely with agencies, technology partners, and system integrators to develop opportunities, enable sales, and help partners succeed in delivering transformative commerce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth: Drive joint sales activities to achieve revenue targets for Crystallize and its partners.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with partners to identify and close new business opportunities, providing support throughout the sales cycle.
- Partner Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners globally, aligning with Crystallize’s strategic goals.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, trusted relationships with existing and new partners, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams - marketing, product, and customer success - to align strategies, co-market solutions, and share feedback to enhance the partner experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in partner sales, channel sales, or a related role in SaaS, e-commerce, or a technology-driven industry.
- Relationship Builder: Proven ability to develop and manage strong business relationships with diverse stakeholders globally.
- Sales Acumen: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through partner channels.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to inspire and influence.
- Global Perspective: Comfortable working in a global role, with experience navigating different cultures and time zones.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with headless commerce, APIs, and modern web technologies is a strong plus.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for growing a global partner ecosystem.
