Introducing asset webhook

Our webhook system has a new addition: asset webhook. This webhook notify you when an asset—whether it's an image, video, or file—is created, updated, or deleted.

Additionally:

• For images, you’ll also be notified when a variant is generated.
• For videos, you’ll receive an event when transcoding is complete.
