Crystallize is designed as a headless eCommerce service that allows orchestration using an event-driven approach. To help sync with your existing enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions on product stock, customers, etc., we are building a series of open-source plugins. These would consume data from a Crystallize webhook and perform actions using that data.
One thing that is common practice for this event-driven approach is creating a webhook to handle the new inbound order (event). You can read more about creating a webhook in our Developer Guide section.
