Analytics
Commerce analytics in Crystallize is delivered via Insights. Insights give you both historical and real-time views of your business performance so you can monitor growth, optimize conversion, and make data-driven decisions.
There are two main parts to Insights:
Sales Insight
The Sales Insight view provides an overview of orders placed within a given time period. You can:
- Track total revenue and order volume.
- Filter by time range to analyze daily, weekly, or monthly trends.
- Drill down into individual orders for details on customers, products, and fulfillment.
- Identify top-selling products and monitor performance by SKU, category, or campaign.
This helps you understand how your business is performing over time and where your growth is coming from.
Checkout Funnel Insight
The Checkout Funnel Insight gives you a real-time view of customer activity in your storefront. It tracks the flow from adding an item to the cart through to completed orders.
You can monitor:
- Active carts in real time.
- Drop-off rates at each stage of the checkout.
- The percentage of carts that convert into orders.
- Funnel bottlenecks that may require UX or pricing adjustments.
This allows you to quickly identify friction in the checkout process and optimize for higher conversion rates.

Sales insight
The Sales Insights dashboard gives you detailed metrics on product performance over any chosen date range. This allows you to track revenue, compare products, and analyze trends in your sales data.
You can easily export sales data using the Copy data to clipboard button. This lets you paste the data into spreadsheets, BI tools, or reports for further analysis.
Checkout Funnel Insights
The Checkout Funnel Dashboard in Crystallize Insights provides real-time analytics of all shopping cart activity in your storefront. It helps you understand how customers move from browsing to purchasing, and where they drop off in the process.
You can view funnel activity live or analyze historical data for predefined time periods. Filtering by currency is also supported, making it easy to track performance across multiple markets.
